Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://residentialcleaningstreamwood.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, I Clean You Rest markets and arranges Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Event Cleaning. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://residentialcleaningstreamwood.com is the property of I Clean You Rest or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
No Warranties. I Clean You Rest disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Clean You Rest's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid I Clean You Rest in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold I Clean You Rest harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. IL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in IL.
Modifications. I Clean You Rest may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
